For our film school’s intensive program in South Africa, we launched a fundraising initiative by selling RITCS T-shirts. I took the lead on the project by coming up with the idea, figuring out how to start from scratch and build a workflow to ultimately make a profit.
- Designing the shirt, cutting vynil and heat-pressing them with my team.
- Designing and building the website with an integrated shop page
- Setting up a logical payment and shipping system to streamline orders
- Developing and running a marketing campaign to promote the project
This experience allowed me to combine my interest in e-commerce and online marketing with a real-world project, while directly contributing to the success of our trip.
